After working on the 10th Anniversary Event, I had the opportunity to continue contributing by creating the lighting for the event lobby.
The lobby was a fun challenge because it needed to feel like a place of celebration while still belonging to the Dead by Daylight universe. I focused on shaping the mood through lighting composition, guiding the player's eye, and finding the right balance between the warm anniversary elements and the darker, unsettling details scattered throughout the environment.
One of the things I enjoyed most about this space was playing with contrast: creating moments that felt festive at first glance while still keeping the eerie personality of DbD alive.
I'm grateful to have contributed to another part of this special milestone for Dead by Daylight and to have helped bring this unique experience to life.
